 THW Kiel beat VfL Gummersbach 36:29. In the first half Gummersbach was on one level with Kiel. No team could make a bigger lead than 2 goals. So the half time result was 13:14 for Gummesbach, but at the beginning of second half, Kiel made till the 39. minute a lead to 20:16. From that moment Gummersbach couldn´t play more on the same level like Kiel and 6 minute before the end, it was 10 goals for Kiel. At the end, Kiel had no problems with the VfL Gummersbach.

The second team with 8:0 points is SG Flensburg/Handewitt. Flensburg had big problems with the game in Duesseldorf, but won with 28:26. In the first half Flensburg could not dominate in the game, Duesseldorf was big fighting and Nikola Kedzo made a great game and scored at the end 6 goals. At the half time Flensburg lead 11:10, but Duesseldorf never give up and was than 21:19 for them. In the last minutes it was a dramatic game where Michael Knudsen make the final goal to the 28:26.

TBV Lemgo lost there first game in the season with 30:31 at HSG Wetzlar. Lemgo don't start good in the game and Wetzlar lead with 7:5 and 11:7. After 25 minutes, Lemgo start to play better and reduce result for the halftime to 15:16.
But also in the second half, Lemgo couldn´t go in front. At the last minute the excellent playing Michael Kraus lost the ball in front of Timo Salzer, who scored last goal 31:30 for Wetzlar to the final result.
