After just two months the montenegrin national player Zarko Markovic (23) has canceled his contract with EHF-Cup Champion VfL Gummersbach. Markovic came from Hungarian club MKB Vezprem to Gummersbach in the summer and canceled now his contract because of private reasons, and asked the club that he goes back to Montenegro. VfL Gummersbach Manager Francois Houlet was shocked but accepted the wish from Markovic.
